Dear Paul:

I want to apologize for sending you this letter so late after your company installed the windows on our property. My schedule became very hectic with the planning of the camp season. However, I still wanted to send a short note thanking you and your entire staff for such an outstanding job.

First and foremost, I want to thank you for your professionalism and assistance as you guided me through the procedure of purchasing the windows. I felt very comfortable and at ease that our company made the best decision in choosing Tri-State for the installation of the twelve windows in the Carriage Hose and then subsequently the eleven windows in the Mansion. Erica from Customer Service and the two gentlemen who can to measure for the windows were all very professional and helpful in my dealings with them. Please thank them for their assistance on my behalf.

From what I have heard from the teachers in the Carriage House the classrooms and my colleagues on the third floor of the Mansion, it was very comfortable in both locations and they definitely felt a difference in the temperature throughout the hot summer. Your windows are a great product that I would recommend to anyone. Please feel free to use me as reference in the future.

Just a note to let you know how pleased my wife and I were with the job you did for us. The installers, Murry, Ben and Pete, were professional and neat and did a great job even with the errors made by the original siding contractor.

I felt an improvement in the heat retention of the house the very first day, and the ease of operation is nothing short of a miracle when compared to the 100 year old windows that were replaced.

We love our new windows. With the extreme cold this week, it was easy to tell that the house was much warmer. Additionally, you promised us that we would have the best installers, well you were correct again.

Not only were they fast and precise, but they left our home just as clean as they found it. John was home with them on Tuesday and told me that they cleaned up as soon as they finished each room. We truly never believed that they would be able to install 16 windows in one day. The office told us that they would be at our home between 9 and 10a.m. John was delighted when they arrived at 8:15, we have never had such great service.

On April 28th we placed an order with you to install all new windows in our house. You promised delivery by the first week of June and installation to be completed in one or two days.
